WorthyTen Recommerce Pvt Ltd (formerly known as WorthyTen), doing business as "WorthyTen", owns and operates the website www.worthyten.com, its mobile touch versions, apps available on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store, and any future sites or platforms that reference these Terms & Conditions (collectively referred to as "WorthyTen").
WorthyTen provides a marketplace and service platform for pre-owned and refurbished electronics gadgets, including cameras, smartphones, laptops, accessories, and other electronic devices. All products are subject to availability, inspection standards, grading policies, and applicable warranty terms.
Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions carefully before placing an order. Product images are provided for reference only and may not always represent the exact item received. Accessories, packaging, and cosmetic appearance may vary depending on the product grade.
By accessing or using WorthyTen's services, customers acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these policies. These policies apply to all visitors, buyers, sellers, users, and business partners interacting with WorthyTen. The company may revise these policies periodically to reflect operational improvements, legal requirements, technology updates, and customer feedback.
WorthyTen reserves the right to modify product prices, specifications, availability, and service offerings without prior notice. Orders may be cancelled if pricing errors, stock discrepancies, fraud concerns, or technical issues are identified.
All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India.
By accessing, using, purchasing from, selling to, or otherwise engaging with WorthyTen and its services, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless WorthyTen, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, representatives, successors, and assigns from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, liabilities, damages, losses, penalties, judgments, settlements, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal and attorney fees) arising out of or relating to:
You agree not to settle, compromise, or admit liability regarding any claim involving WorthyTen without obtaining WorthyTen's prior written consent. WorthyTen reserves the right, at its sole discretion and expense, to assume the exclusive defence and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, and you agree to fully cooperate with WorthyTen in the defence of such claims.
WorthyTen shall make reasonable efforts to notify you of any claim, action, demand, or proceeding for which indemnification may be sought upon becoming aware of such matter.
The obligations contained in this Indemnity clause shall survive the suspension, termination, expiration, modification, or discontinuation of your account, services, transactions, or relationship with WorthyTen.
WorthyTen and its associates reserve the right to cancel any order or decline to fulfil it at their sole discretion. All initial quotes are subject to our evaluation of the device, and no binding offer is made until we have had an opportunity to inspect it. We reserve the right to revise our quote at any time.
WorthyTen and its associates reserve the right, at their sole discretion, to decline the purchase of any or all items in an order, and to limit the number of purchases honoured for any customer, regardless of the quantity committed at the time of order placement.
Please ensure that you are the legal owner of the goods you wish to sell. Ownership will be transferred to WorthyTen Recommerce Pvt Ltd upon purchase. Once a transaction has been completed, it cannot be reversed, and the device cannot be returned to you.
Prices on the website are subject to change without notice. Prices offered may be revised if the tester finds that the grade selected during the order does not match the actual condition of the item per WorthyTen's grading criteria. The grading decision of WorthyTen is final.
If you receive a quote through our website, app, or an affiliate, but upon inspection your device is found to be (a) a different model than originally quoted, (b) missing any parts, or (c) in a different condition than stated, we reserve the right to revise our offer accordingly.
It is your sole responsibility to wipe, clean, and delete all data from the device before selling it to WorthyTen. You confirm that all data on the device will be erased before handing it over. If any data remains accessible due to technical reasons, WorthyTen shall not be held responsible, and you agree not to request data retrieval from WorthyTen under any circumstances.
Payment will be made only to the registered product owner's bank account after successful quality verification and approval. WorthyTen reserves the right to process payment only after verification is complete and the product meets the required quality standards.
A WorthyTen Online Membership will be created to facilitate FPS transfers directly to the seller's bank account. You confirm that you will verify your email address upon receiving the verification email from WorthyTen. Failure to do so may result in a delay in payment.
Sellers are responsible for providing correct payment details and using authorised payment methods. WorthyTen shall not be liable for any financial loss arising from incorrect bank details, wrong payment methods, or unauthorised transactions.
WorthyTen does not accept products distributed as gifts through state-sponsored or NGO-funded programmes.
WorthyTen reserves the right to modify this agreement at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the website/app or its services following any such modification constitutes your agreement to be bound by the updated terms. Modifications are effective immediately upon publication.
WorthyTen reserves the right to cancel any transaction deemed suspicious or fraudulent at the organisation's discretion.
Once a product is purchased from the customer, WorthyTen has the authority to upgrade or downgrade the product grade under any circumstances. WorthyTen Recommerce Private Limited purchases products solely as a buy/sell/exchange trader for pre-owned goods and is not responsible for any forgery, misuse, theft, fraud, outstanding finance (EMI), or any other criminal activity related to the product.
All products sold by WorthyTen are second-hand, pre-owned, lightly used, or refurbished. WorthyTen does not sell new (first-hand) items.
Each product purchased is sold subject to its product description, which sets out additional conditions including estimated delivery dates, warranty terms, after-sales service.
Product descriptions and images are for display purposes only and do not represent the finished product in all cases. Any accessories listed apply to mint-condition items only and are not included in good-condition, poor-condition, discounted, or budget items. Box contents may vary; additional downloadable content listed on the box may not be included.
For camera products, the product grade does not depend on shutter count and WorthyTen cannot guarantee the exact shutter count of each camera at the time of sale.
WorthyTen takes reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions, and prices appearing on the website are correct at the time of entry. However, the information available at a particular time may not always reflect the exact position at the moment you place an order.
All prices are inclusive of GST. Tax invoices are issued for second-hand goods sold, and buyers shall not be eligible to claim Input Tax Credit thereon.
Important Notice: No cash or card refund shall be made under any circumstances.
These Terms of Use, together with all policies, Transactions, and services provided by WorthyTen, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Any dispute, claim, controversy, or legal proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms, the use of the website, products, services, or any transaction with WorthyTen shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India. You expressly consent to such jurisdiction and venue.
