Returns are accepted only for defective or damaged products received only through online purchases.
For offline showroom purchases, customers are advised to thoroughly inspect and verify the quality and condition of the product at the showroom before completing the purchase.
Any defect or damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, along with a complete unboxing video for verification.
Products must be returned in their original condition with all accessories, packaging, invoice, and warranty documents.
WorthyTen reserves the right to inspect and verify all return requests before approval.
Products covered under warranty will first be repaired. If repair is not possible, WorthyTen may offer a replacement, voucher, or refund as per company policy.
Approved refunds will be processed based on the original purchase value or current market value of the product, whichever is lower.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, subject to a 5% cancellation fee.
Cancellation requests will not be accepted after 24 hours or once the order has been processed or shipped.
Shipping & Delivery
Estimated delivery timelines are 3–7 working days from the date of dispatch, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, and non-working days.
WorthyTen reserves the right to amend this policy at any time without prior notice.
Vouchers
Any voucher issued by WorthyTen is non-refundable and cannot be redeemed, exchanged, or converted into cash under any circumstances.
WorthyTen vouchers are valid for a period of 10 years from the date of issue and may be used as an equivalent payment method for eligible purchases on products and services offered by WorthyTen.
Vouchers are valid for one-time redemption only and cannot be partially redeemed, reused, exchanged for cash, transferred, gifted, sold, traded, or assigned to any other person.
WorthyTen reserves the right to request and verify valid government-issued ID proof before processing any voucher redemption.
Vouchers will be issued and delivered only to the registered email address provided by the customer at the time of issuance.
To redeem a voucher, the customer must present the original voucher email issued by WorthyTen. Copies, screenshots, forwarded emails, or altered documents may not be accepted.
WorthyTen shall not be responsible for lost, deleted, stolen, misplaced, inaccessible, or unauthorised use of vouchers after issuance.
Voucher emails will be issued only once. Duplicate copies, reprints, replacements, or reissuance requests will not be entertained under any circumstances.
The original purchase email proof of voucher must be submitted to office@worthyten.com at the time of product redemption.
