Return / Refund / Cancellation Policy
- Return policy covers only received defect and damage products of online purchase (Customer must take a video of unboxing as a proof for the replacement). customer is entitled to return the item within 48hrs and share the video of unboxing. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. After the verification replacement product will be send or customer have to visit the nearest store to get the replacement.
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- If the product is sold by the WorthyTen is found to, be faulty or develops a fault within Warranty Period first we endeavour to repair the product. however, if we are unable to repair the product, we will offer a Replacement/Refund Provided the Fault is Covered Under Warranty. The Refund Processed Would be to current or Original Value (whichever is Lower) as per Company Policy and Condition of the item Refund
We offer the option of cancellation, within 3 hours of placing an order, you will be charged 2% when you cancel an order.
Order cancellation is not available after 3 hours of placing an order.
Once the product is shipped order cannot be cancelled.
