Terms and Conditions for Promotional Video Collaboration
By agreeing to collaborate with WorthyTen, the influencer accepts and agrees to the following terms and conditions:
1. Video Posting Guidelines
- The promotional video must be posted within 7 days from the date of the video shoot.
- Posting the video without prior approval is not permitted. A demo version must be sent to WorthyTen via WhatsApp for approval before publishing.
- The branch contact number (where the video was shot) must be clearly displayed in the video.
- Provided hashtags and descriptions must be used exactly as shared by WorthyTen.
- The influencer must tag and collaborate with WorthyTen’s official Instagram page: @worthytenofficial
- After posting, the influencer must not remove the collaboration tag or delete the video from their page without prior written consent from WorthyTen.
2. Ownership and Usage Rights
- This promotional content is created as a paid engagement.
- The final video and all related content are the exclusive property of WorthyTen.
- WorthyTen holds lifetime ownership and full copyright over the video created by the influencer.
- WorthyTen has the sole authority to re-edit, reuse, and publish the content across any platform at any time.
- The influencer grants full permission to WorthyTen to use their likeness and video content in all forms of marketing and advertising.
3. Post-Publication Corrections
- If corrections are required after the video is posted, the influencer must make necessary edits or changes, within 5 days of posting. (with the same Finalized Payment)
- Non-compliance with correction requests will be considered a breach of this agreement.
4. Responsibility and Accountability
- The influencer assumes full responsibility for the content presented in the video, including any statements, visuals, or claims.
- In the event of any disputes or third-party claims, the influencer will be solely accountable.
5. Payment Terms
- All promotional services are chargeable engagements.
- Payment structure will be communicated separately and must be acknowledged by both parties.
- Posting the video without confirmation of agreed payment is prohibited.
6. Legal Consequences for Breach
- If the influencer fails to comply with any of the above clauses, they agree to submit to all legal actions initiated by WorthyTen.
- All disputes related to this agreement shall fall under the jurisdiction of Coimbatore courts.
Privacy Policy
WorthyTen respects your privacy. Any personal information shared during the collaboration—including contact numbers, WhatsApp communication, and social media handles—will be kept confidential and used only for collaboration purposes. Information will not be shared or sold to third parties without consent.
Acknowledgement
By participating in the video shoot and accepting payment, the influencer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms and conditions outlined above.
